Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Areum Haus Integrative Medical Clinic, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to make changes to your appointment.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

• For appointments or services where a percentage-based fee does not apply, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

• Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before booking a future appointment.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If we are unable to accommodate the appointment due to a late arrival, it will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply.
