All memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment and automatically renew month-to-month afterward unless cancelled.

If cancelling before completing the initial 6-month term, a $50 early cancellation fee applies.

Benefits remain active while your membership is active.

Wellness Club:
Unused injections may roll over for 30 days only while membership remains active. Benefits do not convert into account credit, cash credit, or refunds.

Tox Club:
Jeuveau units accumulate while membership remains active and may be saved toward future treatment plans.

We require a minimum 30-day written cancellation notice.

If cancellation notice is submitted with less than 30 days’ notice, billing will continue through the applicable notice period.

If cancelled before the initial 6-month commitment ends, the $50 early cancellation fee also applies.

Memberships cannot be paused during the initial commitment period, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Unused treatments do not become account credits, store credits, or refunds.
